  • $129 per hour for set-up and installation support
  • $159 per hour for usability support

Support is billed with a minimum one-hour charge. Payment can be made with company check (pre-paid), American Express, MasterCard, and Visa or by company PO from organizations with established CKC credit accounts in good standing.
