Support: Pay per Incident
For individuals & businesses using EMITest™ software, CKC provides software support billed on an hourly basis, with a minimum charge of one hour. Once your “after purchase 90 day free support” or “support program contract” has expired, CKC can provide you with support on a charged hourly basis. Prices begin at $159.00 per hour for EMITest usability support and $129.00 per hour for setup and installation support.
Hours of support availability*
8:00 a.m. – 5:00 a.m. Monday – Friday, pacific time except holidays. After hours support is available at $189.00 per hour.

*Effective November 15, 2009, all hourly software support will be scheduled with the first available, qualified CKC engineer. CKC does not guarantee that support will be scheduled the same day.
