Software Support: Pay per Incident

For individuals & businesses using EMITest™ software, CKC provides software support billed on an hourly basis, with a minimum charge of one hour. Once your “after purchase 90 day free support” or “support program contract” has expired, CKC can provide you with support on a charged hourly basis. Prices begin at $159.00 per hour for EMITest usability support and $129.00 per hour for setup and installation support.

Hours of support availability*

8:00 a.m. – 5:00 a.m. Monday – Friday, pacific time except holidays. After hours support is available at $189.00 per hour.

Pay per Hour - EMITest Usability: $159.00 per hour 
Pay per Hour - All Products Setup & Installation: $129.00 per hour 
Pay per Hour - After Hours Support: $189.00 per hour
