To handle questions that cannot be answered by the software help system alone, CKC Laboratories
offers our standard support via e-mail, or fax for registered users on all products
free for 90 days from date of purchase. The standard support that comes with your CKC Laboratories products gives you access to our EMC Software Solutions Specialists who can help you get up and running and provide simple assistance using your CKC Laboratories, Inc. products.
You can extend this support by renewing yearly.
Standard support includes:
- Guidance installing CKC provided hardware, including explanations of jumpers and dip switches
- Help installing the appropriate hardware or software drivers
- Help establishing basic working functionality of CKC Laboratories, Inc. hardware
- Help establishing communication with an instrument using the appropriate instrument driver
- Explanation of the operation of functions
- Answers to basic questions about testing
- Troubleshooting reproducible problems, General Protection Faults (GPFs), bugs, and incompatibilities
- Your Standard support emails are handled directly by our EMC Software Solutions Specialists. For support requests submitted via fax or e-mail, you typically receive a response within 24 hours.
You can renew your standard support program annually to continue receiving support for your product.

In short, with Premier support, you have instant access via phone, e-mail, or
fax to a senior EMC Software Solutions Specialist with the mandate to do whatever is necessary to completely and expediently resolve your support requests or project questions. Because Premier support includes a universal SSP membership, you receive upgrades to registered copies of EMITest™ and other CKC software that you already own at no charge. In addition, you receive ten percent discounts on all CKC Laboratories, Inc. software training courses that you take.
Premier support agreements are available to provide all of the benefits above to one user for the period of one year.
For your convenience, we also offer Premier support incident programs to handle cases where you have multiple people using CKC applications. Premier Support incident agreements provide any number of users Premier access up to a maximum number of support incidents in one year. Premier Support incident contracts do not include SSP benefits.

Pay per Incident
For individuals & businesses using CKC products such as EMITest™ and more.
Once your CKC software “90 day free support” or “support program contract” has expired, you can call one of our CKC EMC Software Solutions Specialists. Prices begin at $129.00 per incident for
EMITest usability support and $59.00
for setup and installation support. Hours of availability:
8:00 a.m. – 5:00 a.m. Monday – Friday, pacific time except holidays. After hours support is available at $159.00 per incident.

Options
Pay per hour on-site support requests are $190 plus one-way travel & expenses (minimum 2 hours).
