MIL-STD-461F Standard Review

Who Should Attend:

This is a non-technical course, relevant to anyone developing military application electronics. The MIL-STD-461F Standard Review course will be especially useful to managers, supervisors, inspectors, DMIRs, DERs, DCMA and engineers new to military EMC design.

Course Description:

Included will be a discussion and review of the standard as a whole. Also, the course will include a review of documentation and setup requirements, as well as issues to consider during design. Test requirements and limits will be reviewed with an emphasis on common problems observed during design and testing. There will be discussion of how the standard effects circuit design. This is a non-technical overview.

Design Troubleshooting for MIL-STD-461F

Who Should Attend:

This class will be relevant to engineers new to military EMC design but especially useful to military application electrical engineers and engineering supervisors / managers.

Course Description:

In Design Troubleshooting for MIL-STD-461F, the emphasis will be on RF Emissions (radiated and conducted) and RF Susceptibility (radiated and conducted). A secondary emphasis will be placed on CS115 and CS116 sections.
